I have always been ambitious, but somewhere along the way I became increasingly curious about a different question:
What actually helps us feel well, connected and fulfilled?
That question has shaped much of what I do today.
I study Psychology at Tilburg University, with a particular interest in social psychology, wellbeing, groups and the environments that help people thrive.
Alongside my studies, I facilitate women’s circles, meditation and gatherings. These spaces have taught me things that are difficult to learn from a textbook alone — about connection, vulnerability, belonging, slowing down and what happens when people feel safe enough to simply be themselves.
Psychology gives me one way of understanding people.
Meditation, nature, travel and bringing people together have given me another.
I am especially interested in where those worlds meet.
Right now, I create spaces where women can slow down, connect and reflect. Over time, I also want to explore these questions more broadly — within teams, communities and organizations, and in the way we think about wellbeing, psychological safety and sustainable ways of working.
My work is still evolving, and I like it that way.
But the thread running through it is simple:
creating more human spaces for people to connect, feel well and thrive.
With love,
Senna
